What is a permission level? Permission levels organize users into groups with access to different assets and features. They are totally customizable and unlimited. In this overview, you will find step-by-step instructions for creating and managing the permission levels in your account.

Permissions

Each permission represents an ability that you want a user to have in the account. Each permission is followed by a brief explanation of what access will allow a user to do in the Vault account. Note that permissions closer to the top are more powerful, while permissions closer to the bottom are less so.

The three permissions in red at the bottom allow you to add restrictions rather than grant permission. Depending on your plan, you may or may not have access to these options.
