Upload Sets are the foundation of your storage. All of the assets you want to store in Vault will be added using Upload Sets. You can make as many as you need, or add new assets to existing upload sets. Note that you can upload single files, groups of files, or entire folders of content into one upload set. To create an Upload Set, watch the video or follow the instructions below.
Create an Upload Set
Click the blue Upload button in the upper right corner from anywhere in Vault or hit Shift + U
Give it a name
If you don’t want the assets to be curated, click the checkbox next to “Automatically accept assets?”
-
Enter additional information, skipping anything that isn’t relevant or does not apply to all assets in the set.
Metadata: Vault will extract any existing embedded metadata, so any changes to this section other than tags are destructive.

License Group: If the assets in the set are connected to a license group, select or create a new one here.
Assign Collection: Choose an existing Collection or create a new one. Any future assets added to this Upload Set will appear in the assigned collection.
