Upload Set Templates are a way to create multiple external upload portals with different terms, branding, and settings. This is typically used by accounts with multiple photo contests or silos where they want to store external uploads. 



Create an Upload Set Template

  1. Go to the Assets tab and select +Upload Set Template

  2. Give your new template a name

  3. Provide a descriptive path. This will become part of the URL you send to uploaders. Example: fall-photos-contest

  4. Add a description. This will be visible to uploaders

  5. Fill in any other desired information, such as metadata and licensing

  6. Click Submit

View all Upload Set Templates

  1. Go to the Assets tab

  2. Scroll until you see Upload Set Templates

  3. Click it to view all in a searchable, sortable table

Share an Upload Set Template Link

  1. Go to the Assets tab and select Upload Set Templates

  2. Click it to view all in a searchable, sortable table

  3. Locate the desired template

  4. Right-click on the link under tab

  5. Copy it into an email to the uploader(s)

Edit an Upload Set Template

  1. Go to the Assets tab and select Upload Set Templates

  2. Find the desired Upload Set Template by scrolling or searching

  3. Click the pencil tool next to its name

  4. Make your changes

  5. Click Submit to save

View Upload Sets in a Template

  1. Go to the Assets tab and select Upload Set Templates

  2. Find the desired Upload Set Template by scrolling or searching

  3. Click the number in the sets column

Delete an Upload Set Template

  1. Go to the Assets tab and select Upload Set Templates

  2. Find the desired Upload Set Template by scrolling or searching

  3. Click the trashcan icon next to its name

  4. Confirm your choice
