If an asset is replaced with a newer or updated version, such as a cropped or color-corrected version, you can replace it in Vault using the Asset Versions feature. 



Upload a New Version

  1. Search for the old version of the asset

  2. Click on it

  3. Go to the History tab

  4. Scroll to the bottom and click on Upload New Version

  5. Select the new version from your computer

  6. Wait for it to finish uploading and processing before navigating away from the screen

Revert to a Previous Version

  1. Search for the new version of the asset

  2. Click on it

  3. Go to the History tab

  4. Scroll to the bottom and click Revert next to the version you wish to revert to

  5. Wait for it to finish processing before navigating away from the screen
