If you make changes to an asset, such as a logo or document, you can replace it in Vault without changing its catalog number using the Asset Versions feature. If you change your mind or make a mistake, you can easily undo this by reverting to the previous version. 


Revert to a Previous Version

  1. Search for the new version of the asset

  2. Click on it

  3. Go to the History tab

  4. Scroll to the bottom and click Revert next to the version you wish to revert to

  5. Wait for it to finish processing before navigating away from the screen
