Smart Collections function similarly to a saved search, but with the additional benefit that all new uploaded assets matching the search criteria will be automatically added to the Smart Collection. 


Create a Smart Collection

  1. Browse assets. 

  2. Apply filters to narrow results.

  3. Click New Smart Collection under the filters.

  4. Give it a name.

  5. Click OK.


View Smart Collections

  1. Go to Assets.

  2. Scroll until you see Smart Collections.

  3. Click to view all Smart Collections.

Edit a Smart Collection

  1. Go to Assets.
  2. Scroll until you see Smart Collections.
  3. Click the desired Smart Collection. 
  4. Hover over its name until the dropdown menu appears.
  5. Click Edit Info.
  6. Make your changes.
  7. Click Update.



Delete a Smart Collection

  1. Go to Assets.

  2. Scroll until you see Smart Collections.

  3. Click the desired Smart Collection. 

  4. Hover over its name until the dropdown menu appear.

  5. Click Delete.

  6. Confirm your choice.
