Public Collections are visible to anyone who visits your domain without logging in, including non-members. This feature is typically used to show off promotional or press-related assets. Public Collections can be edited or removed as your needs change. 



Create a Public Collection

  1. Locate the collection you want to make public. 

  2. Hover over its name until the dropdown appears. 

  3. Click Edit Info.

  4. Select the Settings tab.

  5. Click the checkbox next to “Make this Collection Public”

  6. Click Save.

Edit a Public Collection

  1. Locate the collection you want to make public. 

  2. Hover over its name until the dropdown appears. 

  3. Click Edit Info.

  4. Make your changes.

  5. Click Save.

View all Public Collections 

  1. Go to Assets

  2. Scroll until you see Collections

  3. Click View All

  4. Sort by the “Public?” column.


Remove a Public Collection

  1. Locate the collection you want to make private. 

  2. Hover over its name until the dropdown appears. 

  3. Click Edit Info.

  4. Select the Settings tab.

  5. Uncheck the checkbox next to “Make this Collection Public.”

  6. Click Save.
