Release Groups help you keep track of release documentation, such as model or property releases, attached to assets. 




Create a Release Group

  1. Go to the License & Usage tab.

  2. Scroll until you find Releases.

  3. Click + Release Group.

  4. Give it a name.

  5. Attach any files.

  6. Click Submit to save.




Edit a Release Group

  1. Go to the License & Usage tab.

  2. Scroll until you find Releases.

  3. Click Release Groups.

  4. Locate the desired Group by scrolling or searching. 

  5. Click the pencil icon next to it.

  6. Make your changes.

  7. Click Submit to save.



View all Assets in a Release Group

  1. Go to the License & Usage tab.

  2. Scroll until you find Releases.

  3. Click Release Groups.

  4. Locate the desired Group by scrolling or searching. 

  5. Click the eye icon next to it.


View all Release Groups

  1. Go to the License & Usage tab.

  2. Scroll until you find Releases.

  3. Click Release Groups.

  4. View all Release Groups in a searchable, sortable table. 


Apply a Release Group to Assets

  1. Select the asset(s).

  2. Go to More Actions in the toolbar at the top of the browsing pane.

  3. Select Modify Release Group.

  4. Choose your Release Group from the dropdown menu.

  5. Click apply. 



Delete a Release Group

  1. Go to the License & Usage tab.

  2. Scroll until you find Releases.

  3. Click Release Groups.

  4. Locate the undesired Group by scrolling or searching. 

  5. Click the trashcan icon next to it.

  6. Confirm your choice.
