Shares is a record of all instances of sharing in Vault. It records what was shared, when, how (e.g. password-protected or otherwise), and how often it was accessed by the recipient. If desired, you can sort results by clicking on their columns, or search for specific information using the bar located in the upper right of the page.
This is a useful way to determine not just how assets circulate but also whether or not a sharing recipient was able to access the assets shared with them.
Once you have identified the data you need, you can download it in CSV or XLS using the options located at the bottom of the page. The download speed of the report is dependent on your device and the size of the report.
