Audit Log keeps track of important changes to your archive, and is divided when actions in Vault are created or destroyed. The log automatically populates all changes, but they can be filtered by the Type, Action, Timeframe, and User. These options allow you to generate reports as general as all tasks created in Vault or as specific as how many downloads a particular user created yesterday. See the chart below for more information on the filters.
If you get no results, just alter you filters or clear and start over. Vault auto-generates a chart each time you filter so that you can visualize peak activity hours and identify unexpected lulls. The y-axis measures the number of activities and the x-axis covers the timeframe (the default timeframe is quarters, or three month intervals).
Once you've finished building your report, you can review it in Vault or download it as part of a larger project. The download options for CSV and XLS are available at the bottom of the page.
