Vault has a wide number of available metadata fields, but Enterprise accounts are also equipped with the ability to create unlimited custom metadata fields. Follow these steps to get started creating some custom fields of your own.
Create Custom Metadata
Go to the Assets tab.
Scroll until you see Custom Metadata.
Select + Metadata Field.
Give it a name.
- Click OK.
When you're finished creating fields, you can find them under the Custom Meta tab on asset previews.
