There are bulk download actions available in Tandem Vault for all three levels of assets: Upload Sets, Collections, and Lightboxes. The ability to quickly download an entire group of assets (4GB max.) has many applications, the most popular being record-keeping and establishing an additional level of storage redundancy. Follow the instructions below to quickly extract assets.
Tip: Completion time varies by device and the number and size of the assets selected for download.
Bulk Download an Upload Set
- Go to Assets > Upload Sets
- Locate the desired Upload Set by searching or scrolling
- Click on the name to view its contents
- Select all desired assets using the method of your choice
- Click the download icon in the toolbar at the top or press Shift+D
- Choose your size
- Designate destination (Direct = hard drive)
- Your download will complete as a zip file
Bulk Download a Collection
- Go to Assets > Collections > View All
- Locate the desired Collection by searching or scrolling
- Click on the name to view its contents
- Select all desired assets using the method of your choice
- Click the download icon in the toolbar at the top or press Shift+D
- Choose your size
- Designate destination (Direct = hard drive)
- Your download will complete as a zip file
Bulk Download a Lightbox
- Hover over your name in the upper right and click Lightboxes
- Locate the desired Lightbox
- Click on its name to view the contents
- Select all desired assets using the method of your choice
- Click the download icon in the toolbar at the top or press Shift+D
- Choose your size
- Designate destination (Direct = hard drive)
- Your download will complete as a zip file
Bulk Download Metadata
- Go to the Upload Set, Collection, or Lightbox
- Select all desired assets using the method of your choice
- Click the download icon in the toolbar at the top or press Shift+D
- Choose from CSV, XLS, XML, and JSON formats
- Designate destination (Direct = hard drive)
- Your download will complete as a zip file
