There are bulk download actions available in Tandem Vault for all three levels of assets: Upload Sets, Collections, and Lightboxes. You can download up to 4GB of data from an Upload Set, so we recommend moving in batches of 50-100 assets (depending on asset size) if the Upload Set is especially large.
Bulk Download an Upload Set
- Go to Assets > Upload Sets
- Locate the desired Upload Set by searching or scrolling
- Click on the name to view its contents
- Select all desired assets using the method of your choice
- Click the download icon in the toolbar at the top or press Shift+D
- Choose your size
- Designate destination (Direct = hard drive)
- Your download will complete as a zip file
