If you want to alter the arrangement of assets in a Lightbox to draw attention to certain files right away when the Lightbox is shared, you can adjust them individually or in bulk. In each case, you should see a green "Reordered!" notice appear in the bottom right when you finish. If you don't see this notice or your changes, try again.
Individual

- Click and drag it into position
- Release
Bulk
- Select the assets
- Click and drag them into position

If the order of assets is an important aspect of sharing your Lightbox, you can click "Save Current Order" under the Lightbox tab located on the upper right.
Please note that recipients can still adjust the order through the sort options. You can only manage their first impression, but if the position is an important piece of understanding the Lightbox, we recommend leaving a note in the Share Form with instructions to click the "Position" option from the Sort dropdown.
