Once you have created or been assigned a task, you can change the status of the task to one of three options:
- Open
- Done
- Rejected
A new task's default status is "open." To change a task's status, follow the steps below. Note that clicking a task from your account in the upper right will redirect you to the Lightbox in which the task is assigned.
Change Task Status
- Select the task from the Tasks view under your Account or from within the Lightbox
- Scroll to the area marked "status"
- Click it
- Select a new status
- Click Update
The creator of the task will receive an email updating them on the new status, with a link to the task and the Lightbox.
