Using the Share feature, you can send Collections and Enhanced Collections to recipients without a Vault membership, and they can select the assets they want and leave comments on individual assets.
Share a Collection via Form
Open the Collection.
Click the arrow icon next to the Collection name on the right side of the toolbar (or press CTRL+Shift+S).
Complete the form.

When the recipient clicks the Collection link in the Share email they receive, they will have the ability to select the assets they like/want/approve by clicking the heart icon next to the thumbnail of desired asset(s). When an asset has been selected, the heart will turn red:
The recipient can also comment on individual assets (selected or not):
Once they've completed their selection process and made any necessary comments, they click the green SUBMIT button and you will be notified via email. You can also review their selects and comments in the Collection:
