Usage Requests are how users with little or restricted access can communicate with the Vault administrator about using photos or files for a project. If you are an admin, we recommend sharing these instructions and those for viewing personal Usage Requests with user groups who will be affected by restrictions. Refer to the chart at the bottom of the article for detailed information on each part of the request form.
Create a Usage Request
Select the asset(s)
Go to to More Actions in the toolbar
Select Usage Request from the dropdown.
Provide information about how the assets will be used.
