Vault’s duplicate-detection algorithm identifies highly similar images and exact copies so that you can remove unnecessary assets, which saves storage and makes searching easier.
View Duplicate Assets
Go to Assets.
Scroll until you see Duplicates.
Clicking this will take you to a complete list of duplicate assets in a searchable table.
Batch Delete 100% Matches
Go to Assets.
Scroll until you see Duplicates.
Select it.
Click Delete 100% Matches at the top of the table.
Leave the page if you are finished; Vault will process your request in the background.
Tip: If you have a lot of duplicates, this can take a while. Refresh your browser to see progress.
Individually Review Duplicates
Go to Assets.
Scroll until you see Duplicates.
Select an asset.
Review the matches and decide which to keep and which to discard.
Confirm your choice(s).
