Group Email allows you to send a message to an entire permission level (or several) from within Vault. A link to your current page is included in Group Emails, so make sure you are in the right place before composing your message.
Send Group Email
Go to the Users tab.
Select the desired Permission Level from the dropdown list.
Use the Shift key to select multiple Permission Levels, if applicable.
Compose your message.
Click Send.
Tip: You can use this to alert users to a new Lightbox or Collection by emailing them from that window.
