All clients on the Professional Plan are billed monthly via the credit card they put on file in their Vault account. Pro+ Plan clients who have not elected to create an annual contract are also billed on a monthly basis via credit card. If you exceed the storage included in your payment plan, you will be charged the appropriate fee for additional storage. 


Questions about additional storage rates should be directed to info@tandemvault.com because they vary by Plan. 


If you are not the owner of the Vault account, you will not have access to the Billing Information. If you are not sure who is the account owner but have been put in charge of the billing by a colleague, please contact your representative or send a note to info@tandemvault.com for assistance updating the information. 


Enter Billing Information

  1. Go to your name > Account.
  2. Select Billing Information from the choices on the left.
  3. Enter your credit card information.
  4. Click Save Payment.



Update Billing Information

  1. Go to your name > Account.
  2. Select Billing Information from the choices on the left.
  3. Enter your updated credit card information.
  4. Click Save Payment.


To view receipts of past payments, follow the instructions below. If you believe that you have been charged in error or would like more information about payments, contact accounting@tandemvault.com


View Payment History

  1. Go to your name > Account.
  2. Select Payment History from the choices on the left.
  3. Review the date, amount, paid status, and PDF receipts as needed.
