If you need to remove an outdated photo, irrelevant logos, or any other asset(s) that no longer suit your needs, follow these steps. Please note that deleted assets cannot be recovered. You will need to upload the assets again, and they will be assigned new catalog numbers. 



Delete Individual Assets

  1. Locate the asset you want to remove.
  2. Click it to open the asset preview.
  3. If not already selected, switch to the Info tab on the right-hand side of the modal.
  4. Click 'Permanently Delete Asset' at the bottom.
  5. Confirm your choice.


Delete Bulk Assets

  1. Locate the assets you want to remove.
  2. Select them.
  3. Click More Actions > Bulk Update Meta.
  4. Click the checkbox under 'Permanently Delete' on the bottom right side of the menu.
  5. Confirm your choice.
