You can upload all known file types into Tandem Vault. Not all files produce previews, however, so check this list first if you think a preview is missing. Note that you can upload single files, groups of files, or entire folders of content into one upload set.

Upload Assets

  1. Click the blue Upload button in the upper right corner from anywhere in Vault or press Shift + U

  2. Give the set a name

  3. Enter any additional information, skipping anything that isn’t relevant or does not apply to all assets in the set.

  4. Click Submit.

  5. Drag and drop or upload your assets into the window.

  6. Wait for your files to finish uploading and processing before leaving the page.


If you leave before the assets finish processing, they will not be saved. 



Pro Tip: If you have multiple uploads or need to perform another task in Vault while an upload is in progress, simply open a new browser tab or duplicate the one you're in by right-clicking on the current tab and selecting "duplicate tab" from the options.
