If you receive a usage request containing some assets you approve of and some that need to be restricted, you can edit the request so that you only grant access to the approved assets. Follow the steps below. 


Edit Usage Requests

  1. Go to License & Usage > Usage Requests.
  2. Locate the request by searching or sorting.
  3. Click the number in the column labeled "assets."
  4. Select the assets you wish to remove from the request.
  5. Click the trash icon in the toolbar or press ctrl+R.
  6. Click the "Usage Request" bar in the upper right and select "More Info" from the drop-down to be redirected to the review page.


You can now choose to approve or deny the request, adding any additional restrictions as needed.
