If a person has made a request and their permission level is not correct, you can edit it before approving it by following these steps. This option helps ensure that future members who require a different permission level than the default are not given more or less access to your account than appropriate.
Edit Membership Requests
Go to the Users tab
Click Requests under Invites.
Locate the request by searching or scrolling.
Click the pencil icon to the right of the request.
Edit the permission level options.
- Click Update.
If you edit by selecting a permission level from the dropdown, they will receive all the usual access associated with that level. If you select individual permissions, their account will show up as customized.
