If your current Vault plan is no longer meeting your storage or feature needs, you can submit a request to have your account upgraded by following these steps. 


Note: You must be the owner of the account to upgrade the plan.


Upgrade Account

  1. Hover over your name in the upper right corner.
  2. Select Account from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click on 'Switch Plans' on the righthand side of the page.
  4. Click 'Contact us to upgrade your plan.'
  5. Fill out the contact form.
