It is a good idea to regularly update your password, preferably once every couple of months. To change your password, follow these steps.
Change Password
- Hover over your name in the upper right of your account
- Select Account from the dropdown menu
- Go to Profile Settings
- Enter your old password where indicated
- Choose a new password
- Confirm it
- Click update to save changes
You can also reset your password from the login page by clicking "Forgot your password?" An email will be sent to the address attached to your account with a link for resetting your password.
Please note that this option does not apply to accounts with Single Sign-On (SSO) activated. If you are locked out of your account, contact your SSO administrator or company's tech support.
