If you need to cancel your Vault account, follow these instructions. We're sorry to see you go, and we'll be here if you decide to re-invest in Digital Asset Management later!
Unless your assets are backed up elsewhere, it is a good idea to download the original copies of your assets and any data from the Reports tab before shutting down the account. If you need assistance with either of these processes or want some advice on best practices, please let us know at info@tandemvault.com.
Cancel Your Account
- Hover over your name.
Select Account from the dropdown menu.
If not already selected, select Organization Settings from the menu on the left.
Click Cancel Account at the bottom of the Settings tab.
Include any additional information about your decision.
- Click Cancel.
