Tandem Vault keeps records of some account-wide activity so that you can analyze patterns of behavior, educate users in efficient work processes, and determine if you need to upgrade your account.
To access reports, a user must have the "View and Generate Reports" permission checked. If you do not want to change a user's permissions but still want them to access reports, you can customize their access.
All reports except Versions can be downloaded in CSV or XLS and further refined or integrated into presentations. To download a report, click the green buttons at the bottom of the report's page. The download speed of your report depends on your device and how much data you need Vault to process.

Even if you do not plan to use this feature regularly, we recommend reviewing the reports at least twice a year so that you can monitor your storage and overall account usage.
